Levan Enukidze

Levan Enukidze is a member of the Board of Directors of Phasis Oil, bringing more than 25 years of experience in corporate affairs, legal advisory, and international business operations within the energy and transportation sectors.

In his capacity as Board Member, Mr. Enukidze is involved in the Group’s corporate governance, strategic business initiatives, and the coordination of key commercial activities.

Prior to joining Phasis Oil, Mr. Enukidze served as Head of the Legal Department at Silk Road Group S.A. and as Director of Silk Road Group SUISSE S.A., based in Geneva, Switzerland. Between 2004 and 2009, he played a key role in overseeing the activities of the joint venture between Silk Road Group S.A. and ADDAX Energy S.A. (Geneva), gaining extensive experience in international business coordination and cross-border corporate activities.

Mr. Enukidze joined the Board of Directors of Phasis Oil in November 2014. Since his appointment, he has contributed his extensive legal and international business expertise to the Group’s corporate development, strategic decision-making, and operational oversight.

Mr. Enukidze holds a Certificate in International Law from Sorbonne University (Paris II), France, and a Master of Law degree with Honors from Tbilisi State University, Georgia.
